About the Role
We're looking for a social media creative lead to help create and market AI Eesti's new learning programme. Your task is to work with management and partners to find the best way to bring AI education to thousands of Estonians in a simple and understandable way.
We give you free rein in reaching target audiences. You decide whether we make viral video clips on TikTok or approach with long-form content on YouTube.
In this role, you'll learn to use AI tools like ChatGPT, N8n, Make, Claude, Recraft, and Heygen, and gain experience applying them in marketing.

Your tasks as Social Media Creative Lead:
- Plan and lead AI Eesti learning programme marketing strategies and campaigns that support business goals.
- Create marketing plans to engage new target audiences.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with management and various domain experts.
- Develop CVI and brand language.
