What is Claude Max?
Claude Max is a 6-day AI programme for leaders and process owners, where every participant builds a working AI solution for their company.
By the end, the company has its second brain (an AI OS) or a build shaped by the participant's own needs. At the hackathon every participant designs, builds, tests and deploys their solution and presents it to the others.
The state training grant covers up to 80% of the price.
Who is it for?
For leaders and specialists who want to move from experimenting with AI to real use.
Executives and leaders
You decide where AI genuinely creates value and how to move the organisation from experimenting to adoption.
Team leads
You reduce your team's manual work and build processes that deliver faster, measurable results.
Specialists
You know your work best and use Claude to automate the repetitive parts of it.

The Claude Max curriculum
We start with how large language models work, where they are strong and where they can go wrong. This helps you understand when to trust Claude's answers, when to refine them and when to be sure to double-check the result.
You'll learn to write clear prompts, improve the first answer and analyse long documents and PDFs. You turn complex information into summaries, tables, comparisons and action plans.
In Projects you create a workspace built for your role, where Claude knows your goals, instructions and background materials. With Artifacts you turn ideas into documents, analyses and prototypes.
Result: a Project set up for your role, a practical prompt library, two completed work tasks and measured time saved.Claude Cowork works with your files, folders and connected services and helps take a multi-step task from start to finish.
We start with using it securely. We set out which files and tools Claude can access, what it may do on its own and when it must ask you for confirmation.
You then build a Skill where you store your best instructions, company knowledge and work steps. You base it on one real recurring task, such as writing a report, processing documents, preparing for a meeting or creating a proposal.
Result: a working, shareable Skill, a repeatable workflow and a checklist for using it securely. You'll learn to use Claude together with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. We look at which tasks Claude helps you save time on, analyse information and make better decisions.
You create one analysis and one presentation with your own work data. We also compare Claude and Microsoft Copilot so you can choose the right tool for each task.
In the second half of the day we focus on data security and the AI Act. You classify the data used in your work and set out which information can be shared with Claude and which can't.
Result: AI usage rules, a data classification and a checklist for your Microsoft 365 setup. We start by mapping a business problem. You choose one real problem from your work, explore how the process works today, where time is lost and what users actually need.
You then design a solution that is not only technically functional but also simple, understandable and visually professional. You'll learn to use AI to generate ideas, plan user journeys, build design systems and compare different solution options.
With Claude Design and Artifacts you create an interactive prototype that can be shown to colleagues, clients or management. We also think through how to develop and maintain the solution later, so it doesn't remain a one-off experiment.
Result: a mapped business problem, a well-thought-out solution design, a visual prototype and a clear plan for developing it further. You describe what you need in natural language and use Claude Code to build a web app, an automation, an internal tool or a simple AI agent.
No prior programming experience is required. You'll learn to build, test and fix the solution step by step.
With MCP you connect the solution to your company's files, data sources and other tools. You set out what the agent may do on its own, when it must ask for confirmation and which data it may access.
Result: a solution that works with real data, a permissions setup and documentation for developing or handing over the solution.During the hackathon you build your solution to completion, test it on a real use case and improve its reliability and user experience.
You get feedback on the solution's technical feasibility, usability and business impact. You then prepare a presentation for management that clearly sets out the problem, the solution, the value created and the next steps.
We put together a 90-day rollout plan with owners, checkpoints and metrics. You set out how to measure the solution's time savings, cost, quality or other business impact.
Result: a working Claude solution, a management presentation, a 90-day rollout plan and clear metrics for evaluating results.

Estonian. If you would like an English group, let us know: we keep a separate list for it.
The full price is €2520 + VAT per participant. The company pays the invoice before the course and Töötukassa refunds €2016 after it, so the final cost is €504 + VAT per participant.
The grant is applied for by the employer: the application is submitted by a member of the management board or their authorized representative and takes about 15 minutes. After you register, we'll send you a step-by-step guide to forward to your employer. The application must be submitted before the training starts, and the grant is paid out to the company after the training based on a cost report.
The total is 50 academic hours: 37 hours of contact study over six course days and 13 hours of self-study on your own work tasks. That meets Töötukassa's minimum of 50 hours.
No. The course needs a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max or Team); we recommend Team. We send setup instructions before the course starts.
Participants who attend at least 80% of the contact study and whose learning outcomes are assessed as passed get a certificate (tunnistus). Otherwise we issue a statement for the part completed (tõend). The employer attaches a copy of the certificate to the Töötukassa expense report.
The program is designed for leaders, specialists and key employees who want to use AI in their daily work, automate work processes and build practical solutions for their role.
No. Prior programming experience is not required. The Claude Code module is also built so that tools and applications can be created in natural language.
The program is built around the Claude ecosystem, as it is well suited to business, document, analysis and development work. The techniques you learn also carry over to ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
Yes, but this is done in line with your company's internal rules and data protection requirements. The program separately covers confidentiality, secure AI use and the principles of the EU AI Act.
Every participant develops a real AI solution for their role or company. By the end of the program you have a working prototype or automated workflow, a 90-day rollout plan and a clear assessment of the solution's time savings, impact and return.
