In force from 14.10.2026

AI Eesti OÜ provides continuing education under the Estonian Adult Education Act. This page sets out our training terms and quality assurance principles. Curricula

Every training follows an outcome-based curriculum. Its volume is given in academic hours (one hour is 45 minutes) and it states separately the contact and independent study volume, the content and methods, the learning environment, the assessment and the conditions for completion documents.

The curriculum of the open course is public: Claude Max curriculum. For commissioned trainings we give the curriculum to the client and the participants before the training starts.

Registration and admission

Registration for Claude Max is through the form on the course page. We confirm the registration by email and send an invoice once the seat is confirmed. Your seat is guaranteed by a positive Töötukassa decision or, if you are not applying for the grant, once the invoice is paid. A group has up to 20 participants and seats are filled in order of registration.

The entry requirements are set out in the curriculum. For Claude Max they are your own laptop, everyday computer skills and one real work task to build a solution around during the course.

Fees

The course price is shown on the course page and excludes VAT. We send the invoice about six weeks before the course starts, due one month before the start. If you register later, we send it straight away with a shorter payment period, usually 14 days but no later than 7 days before the course starts. The exact date is on the invoice. If you would like the invoice earlier, let us know. The price includes the learning materials and access to the AI Eesti Academy. A Claude subscription is not included.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations must be sent in writing to markus@aieesti.ee. Deadlines count back from the first day of the training, and working days are Monday to Friday.

  1. Cancelling at least 5 working days before the training starts is free of charge.
  2. Cancelling 2–4 working days before the training starts: a cancellation fee of €504 + VAT is payable.
  3. Cancelling less than 2 working days before the training starts, or not attending: the full fee of €2520 + VAT is payable. The fee is not refunded once the training has started.
  4. If AI Eesti cancels the training, we refund the fee in full within 14 days.
  5. The Töötukassa training grant does not cover cancellation fees.

These terms apply to companies. If you wish to pay as a private individual, please let us know at markus@aieesti.ee before registering.

Removal from the course

A participant is removed from the course at their own request, if the fee is not paid by the due date, or if they repeatedly disrupt the learning of others. In that case the fee is not refunded. We issue a certificate of attendance for the part completed.

Completion and completion documents

At the end of the training we assess the learning outcomes as described in the curriculum. For Claude Max the assessment is pass or fail and requires attendance of at least 80% of the contact hours.

  • Tunnistus (certificate of completion): the learning outcomes were assessed and all were achieved.
  • Tõend (certificate of attendance): the participant attended, but the outcomes were not assessed or not all were achieved. It lists the topics covered and the volume.

Completion documents follow the Estonian continuing education standard, are numbered and we keep a register of them.

Quality assurance principles

Curricula and their development. We write curricula outcome-based and in line with the continuing education standard. After every cohort we review the curriculum against participant feedback and changes in the tools. Changes are approved by the management board and the approval date is shown on the curriculum.

Trainers. A trainer has professional experience in building and deploying AI solutions and experience in training adults. AI Eesti assesses each trainer's suitability before every programme.

Learning environment. Contact sessions take place in a training room with a screen, internet and a workstation for every participant with their own computer (Claude Max in Ülemiste City), or online. Materials, recordings and homework are available to participants in the AI Eesti Academy.

Feedback. We collect written feedback at the end of every training. The trainers review it together and change the material or the organisation before the next cohort.
